For the delivery of their order, the Customer must choose a delivery method from those offered by Met4vape.
- Delivery to the delivery address provided by the Customer when ordering on the Website;
(i) Delivery to the address provided by the Customer
If the Customer selects this delivery method, the products will be delivered to the address specified on the Website during the order.
Met4vape cannot be held responsible in any case for delay and/or non-delivery due to a false or incorrect address or one where delivery would be impossible.
Delivery is deemed to have been made by Met4vape upon delivery of the products ordered by the carrier to the Customer. At that point, the risks of the products are immediately transferred to the Customer.
The transportation will be carried out by an independent company. The Customer agrees to sign the delivery receipt for the products. In case of the Customer's absence during delivery, the Customer has a period of 15 working days to pick up the package from the carrier or depositary chosen by the Customer, starting from the deposit of the delivery notice. In any case, the Customer is informed as soon as possible of the availability of the products.
Any package returned to Met4vape due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or because the Customer did not pick it up from the carrier or depositary within the specified period in the previous paragraph, will be resent at the Customer's expense.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are made according to the deadlines listed on the Website depending on the chosen delivery method, from the sending of the confirmation email for the delivery of said order. These delivery times are indicated as accurately as possible and depend in particular on the availability of the ordered products and the carrier. The deadlines are in working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).
In case of foreseeable delivery delay, Met4vape will inform the Customer as soon as possible by email and provide an estimation of the additional delivery time.
In any case, Met4vape undertakes to deliver the Consumer Customer within a maximum period of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.
In case of exceeding this deadline and except in cases of force majeure, the Customer may terminate the contract, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by written notice on any other durable medium, if, after instructing Met4vape to make the delivery, the latter has not been carried out within the deadline.
The contract is considered terminated upon receipt by Met4vape of the letter or writing informing it of this termination, unless Met4vape has performed in the meantime.
When the contract is terminated under the conditions listed above, Met4vape is obliged to refund the Customer the full amount paid, no later than 14 days following the date on which the contract was terminated. The amount paid by the consumer customer is automatically increased by 10% if the refund is made no later than 30 days beyond this deadline, by 20% up to 60 days, and by 50% thereafter.
All orders placed before 9 AM are shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). A link containing the tracking of your package will be sent to you by email at the time of shipment. Each shipment is extremely well packaged with protective materials; thus, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the package during transportation.

Reception
It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition of the packaging and the products and the number of products upon receipt. This verification is considered to be done as soon as the Customer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery note or any other equivalent document or as soon as the product is scanned in case of in-store pickup.
In case of dispute, damage to the product during transport, damage, shortage, or delay, it is the Customer's responsibility to make clear and precise reservations on the carrier's delivery note. The Customer must confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three (3) days, excluding public holidays, following receipt of the products.
In accordance with Article L. 224-65 of the Consumer Code, when the Customer personally takes delivery of the transported products and when the carrier does not justify having left him the opportunity to actually check their good condition, the aforementioned period is extended to ten (10) days.
Without prejudice to the measures to be taken with regard to the carrier, claims regarding apparent defects or non-compliance of the delivered products must be made to Met4vape in writing as soon as possible from the date of delivery or availability of the product. It will be the Customer's responsibility to provide any justification as to the reality of the defects or anomalies noted, in particular by sending to Met4vape:

a photocopy of the reservation letter addressed to the carrier;

and a photocopy of the delivery note mentioning the reservations.
Any claim made late may potentially prevent the consideration of this claim.
It is expressly agreed that mentions such as "subject to inspection upon unpacking" do not constitute a reservation within the meaning of this article.
Regarding in-store pickups, in case of dispute over the quantity and/or condition of the products at the time of pickup, the Customer must immediately inform the teams of the relevant store.
In any case, Met4vape cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure of delivery due to force majeure or the Customer's fault.
